Affirmations have been used for years and are a constructive and time tested method for creating positive changes in your life that will last. One: Positive vision board – One great way to keep your thoughts positively focused is to start a vision board that you can use whenever you are having problems remembering the positive affirmations.

Write down the affirmations and place them on the board. Also, get pictures of things you are trying to achieve in your life such as, your dream home. This will make it much easier to keep thinking positive thoughts because you will know that the end result will be you moving in to your new home.

Two: Visualize – Saying positive affirmations is definitely effective, but it can be even more effective for changing your life for the better when you visualize along with saying it. This will help you subconscious mind believe it easier also.

Three: Set aside time – When you can set aside time to do your positive affirmations every day it will make it easier for you to get in the habit of using them. If there isn’t any time to do this each day, then say them wherever you can, but make sure you do it daily.

You only need about 10 or 15 minutes every day. This is plenty of time to keep the positive affirmations going through your mind every day.
